Refund Policy

1. Know this first

Payments are taken in cryptocurrency. An on-chain transaction cannot be reversed; that is why refunds are not automatic but done manually, processed on request.

2. We recommend trying first

Trial plan $9 — 7 days, 5 accounts + 3 post/video slots. Before moving to a longer plan you can see here whether the service fits you. There is no free monitoring tier; a plan is required to monitor accounts.

3. Refund conditions

Refunds are made in the following cases:

If the payment was received but the service could not be started at all — full refund.
If monitoring stopped continuously for more than 48 hours because of a fault on our side — refund proportional to the unused period.
If a duplicate payment was made by mistake — the full excess amount.

You must submit your request within 14 days of the purchase date. Because the Trial plan lasts 7 days, its refund window is open for the length of the plan.

4. When refunds are not made

If the plan has started being used and the service worked as expected,
If an alert arrived late because of a delay or restriction caused by the monitored platform (see Terms of Use — a specific detection time is not guaranteed),
If the account was suspended because of use that breaks the rules,
If the 14-day request window has passed.

5. How to request

Write via @medexdestek; writing from the Telegram account you paid with is enough to verify your identity. Requests are reviewed within 5 business days and you are told the result.

6. How it is paid

Approved refunds are sent over the same crypto network and currency the payment was made in. The network fee is deducted from the refund amount. We are not responsible for changes arising from exchange-rate differences.

İade Politikası

1. Önce şunu bil

Ödemeler kripto para ile alınır. Zincir üzerindeki bir işlem geri alınamaz; bu yüzden iadeler otomatik değil, elle yapılır ve talep üzerine işlenir.

2. Önce denemeni öneririz

Deneme paketi $9 — 7 gün, 5 hesap + 3 gönderi/video slotu. Daha uzun bir pakete geçmeden önce hizmetin sana uyup uymadığını burada görebilirsin. Ücretsiz izleme kademesi bulunmuyor; hesap izlemek için bir paket gerekir.

3. İade koşulları

Aşağıdaki durumlarda iade yapılır:

Ödeme alındığı hâlde hizmet hiç başlatılamadıysa — tam iade.
Bizden kaynaklanan bir arıza nedeniyle izleme 48 saatten uzun süre kesintisiz durduysa — kullanılmayan döneme oranlı iade.
Yanlışlıkla mükerrer ödeme yapıldıysa — fazla tutarın tamamı.

Talebini satın alma tarihinden itibaren 14 gün içinde iletmelisin. Deneme paketi 7 günlük olduğu için, onun iade penceresi paket süresi boyunca açıktır.

4. İade yapılmayan durumlar

Paket kullanılmaya başlandıysa ve hizmet beklendiği gibi çalıştıysa,
İzlenen platform kaynaklı gecikme veya kısıtlama nedeniyle bir bildirim geç ulaştıysa (bkz. Kullanım Şartları — belirli bir tespit süresi garanti edilmez),
Kurallara aykırı kullanım nedeniyle hesap askıya alındıysa,
14 günlük talep penceresi dolduysa.

5. Nasıl talep edilir

@medexdestek üzerinden yaz; ödeme yaptığın Telegram hesabından yazman kimliğini doğrulamaya yeter. Talepler 5 iş günü içinde değerlendirilir ve sonucu sana bildirilir.

6. Nasıl ödenir

Onaylanan iadeler, ödemenin yapıldığı aynı kripto ağı ve para birimi üzerinden gönderilir. Ağ ücreti iade tutarından düşülür. Kur farkından doğan değişimden sorumlu değiliz.
