Privacy Policy

1. In short

MEDEX Monitor monitors the accessibility status of public Instagram, TikTok and Facebook accounts and YouTube videos. We never ask for the password of any platform, we never log in to your account and we never touch it. Checks are done entirely from the outside — the way any visitor sees the profile.

2. What data we process

Account/identity: your Telegram user ID, your name and your username if you have one. Panel sign-in is done through Telegram; no separate password is created or stored.
Watch list: the Instagram and TikTok usernames, Facebook page names and YouTube video links you put under monitoring.
Public profile data: follower/following/post counts, bio text, the public link on the profile, the profile photo and private/verified status.
Status history: the result of each check, its timestamp and case number.
Proof images: a screenshot of the public profile when its status changes.
Notification log: the notifications sent to you.

Payment is taken in crypto; we do not collect or store card or bank details.

3. Optional: your own watcher session

If you wish, you can add the session key (sessionid) of a separate Instagram account of your own; this makes the checks run with your own account. This value is stored encrypted, tied only to you, never shown in the panel and never shared in any way. It is not required; you can remove it at any time.

4. Where your data lives

Your data is stored encrypted on our own server in Amsterdam, the Netherlands (EU data region). Not in some rented place, but on a machine we manage. This means your data stays within the scope of European data protection rules.

We don't track browsing. The site has no ad pixels, analytics scripts or third-party trackers. We don't measure which page you visit or how long you stay.
We don't build profiles. We don't process your data for advertising, scoring or sale; we don't sell, rent or transfer it to anyone.
Proof images are kept in an area reachable by anyone who has the link. The link cannot be guessed, but if you share the link, you have shared the image.

5. Who we share it with

No one. We don't sell your data, rent it or open it to marketing partners. The only exception is the delivery channel the service itself needs to work: to reach you, the notification passes through Telegram. Also, if you explicitly set it up, notifications are forwarded to your own Telegram bot or Discord server — you define those channels and can remove them at any time.

We don't give your data to third parties who ask for it. Whoever they are, whatever they want it for — our answer is no.

6. How long it is kept

We don't keep more than needed. Your monitoring records exist only while you keep monitoring; once you stop, there is no reason for us to keep them. Everything else is deleted automatically after the periods below — these are the system's real settings, not wishes:

Check history: 100 days. Anything older is deleted automatically.
Proof screenshots: 90 days.
Profile change records: the last 500 measurements and 400 change events per account; once the limit is exceeded, the oldest are deleted.
Notification log: the last 200 notifications per user.
Backups: 14 days. Backups older than 14 days are deleted automatically — no manual step needed, an expired backup simply disappears.

If you want to close your account, everything is deleted; because of the backup cycle it also drops out of backups within 14 days at the latest.

7. Your rights

You can ask for your data to be deleted, exported or corrected. Send your request via @medexdestek. We complete your request within 30 days at the latest; for a deletion request, the records also drop out of backups within 14 days at the latest (the backup cycle).

8. Cookies

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The panel keeps only the local records needed to keep you signed in and remember your language preference.

Checks are done entirely from the outside: no platform password is ever asked for, your account is never logged into and never touched in any way.

1. Kısaca

MEDEX Monitor, herkese açık Instagram, TikTok ve Facebook hesaplarının ve YouTube videolarının erişilebilirlik durumunu izler. Hiçbir platformun şifresini hiçbir zaman istemeyiz, hesabına giriş yapmayız ve hesabına dokunmayız. Kontrol tamamen dışarıdan — herhangi bir ziyaretçinin profili gördüğü şekilde — yapılır.

2. Hangi verileri işliyoruz

Hesap/kimlik: Telegram kullanıcı kimliğin, adın ve varsa kullanıcı adın. Panele giriş Telegram üzerinden yapılır; ayrı bir şifre oluşturulmaz ve saklanmaz.
İzleme listesi: izlemeye aldığın Instagram ve TikTok kullanıcı adları, Facebook sayfa adları ve YouTube video bağlantıları.
Herkese açık profil verisi: takipçi/takip/gönderi sayısı, biyografi metni, profildeki herkese açık bağlantı, profil fotoğrafı ve gizli/doğrulanmış durumu.
Durum geçmişi: her kontrolün sonucu, zaman damgası ve vaka numarası.
Kanıt görselleri: durum değiştiğinde herkese açık profilin ekran görüntüsü.
Bildirim kaydı: sana gönderilen bildirimler.

Ödeme kripto ile alınır; kart veya banka bilgisi toplamayız ve saklamayız.

3. İsteğe bağlı: kendi izleyici oturumun

İstersen kendine ait ayrı bir Instagram hesabının oturum anahtarını (sessionid) ekleyebilirsin; bu, kontrollerin senin kendi hesabınla yapılmasını sağlar. Bu değer şifreli saklanır, yalnızca sana bağlıdır, panelde gösterilmez ve hiçbir şekilde dışa verilmez. Zorunlu değildir; istediğin an kaldırabilirsin.

4. Verin nerede duruyor

Verin bizim kendi sunucumuzda, Amsterdam / Hollanda'da (AB veri bölgesi) şifreli olarak durur. Kiralık bir yerde değil, bizim yönettiğimiz makinede. Bu, verinin Avrupa veri koruma kuralları kapsamında kaldığı anlamına gelir.

Gezinme takibi yapmıyoruz. Sitede reklam pikseli, analiz betiği veya üçüncü taraf takipçisi yok. Hangi sayfada ne kadar durduğunu ölçmüyoruz.
Profil oluşturmuyoruz. Verini reklam, skorlama veya satış amacıyla işlemiyoruz; kimseye satmıyoruz, kiralamıyoruz, devretmiyoruz.
Kanıt görselleri, bağlantısını bilenlerin erişebileceği bir alanda tutulur. Bağlantı tahmin edilemez, ancak bağlantıyı paylaşırsan görseli paylaşmış olursun.

5. Kimlerle paylaşıyoruz

Kimseyle. Verini satmıyoruz, kiralamıyoruz, pazarlama ortağına açmıyoruz. Tek istisna, hizmetin kendisinin çalışması için zorunlu olan iletim kanalıdır: bildirimi sana ulaştırmak için mesaj Telegram üzerinden geçer. Ayrıca sen açıkça kurarsan bildirimler senin kendi Telegram botuna veya Discord sunucuna iletilir — o kanalları sen tanımlarsın, dilediğin an kaldırırsın.

Verini isteyen üçüncü taraflara vermeyiz. Kim olursa olsun, ne için isterse istesin — cevabımız hayır.

6. Ne kadar süre duruyor

Gerekenden fazlasını tutmuyoruz. İzleme kayıtların yalnızca sen izlemeyi sürdürdüğün sürece durur; izlemeyi durdurduğunda tutmamız için bir sebep kalmaz. Geri kalan her şey aşağıdaki sürelerle otomatik olarak silinir — bunlar sistemin gerçek ayarlarıdır, temenni değil:

Kontrol geçmişi: 100 gün. Daha eskisi kendiliğinden silinir.
Kanıt ekran görüntüleri: 90 gün.
Profil değişim kayıtları: hesap başına son 500 ölçüm ve 400 değişim olayı; sınır aşılınca en eskiler silinir.
Bildirim kaydı: kullanıcı başına son 200 bildirim.
Yedekler: 14 gün. 14 günden eski yedek otomatik olarak silinir — elle müdahale gerekmez, süresi dolan yedek kendiliğinden yok olur.

Hesabını kapatmak istersen her şey silinir; yedek döngüsü gereği en geç 14 gün içinde yedeklerden de düşer.

7. Haklarına dair

Verilerinin silinmesini, dışa aktarılmasını veya düzeltilmesini talep edebilirsin. Talebini @medexdestek üzerinden ilet. Talebini en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırırız; silme talebinde kayıtlar en geç 14 gün içinde yedeklerden de düşer (yedek döngüsü süresi).

8. Çerezler

Reklam veya takip çerezi kullanmıyoruz. Panelde yalnızca oturumunun ve dil tercihinin sürmesi için gereken yerel kayıtlar tutulur.

Kontroller tamamen dışarıdan yapılır: hiçbir platformun şifresi istenmez, hesabına giriş yapılmaz, hesabına hiçbir şekilde dokunulmaz.
